The Class Circle you join is based on your current level of industry knowledge & business experience.

Instead of feeling over (or under) whelmed, this self-segmentation process helps you to join discussions that are most relevant to where you are right now, connect with like-minded peers & ultimately gives you a starting place within the community.

When doing research for the SSU community, one of the loudest bits of feedback was from SMMs who were tired of feeling like the smartest, most experienced person in the groups they belonged to.

Many had stopped engaging at all because they weren't learning anything new & no longer felt inspired by the conversations they were having.

Our solution to this was to help members organize themselves based on skill level & time in business - so we identified 4 different archetypes, or Classes.

These are: Freshman (The Intern), Sophomore (The Social Media Manager), Junior (The Social Media Strategist) & Senior (The Industry Expert).

The goal is that, no matter what level you're currently at, you will be surrounded by others who can relate to your challenges, offer valuable feedback & inspire you.

The Class Assessment is a self-evaluation tool to determine your best Class fit at any point in your journey.

For example, when you join, you might be operating at a "Sophomore" level, so you'd use the Sophomore Class Syllabus as a self-guided tool to complete suggested Learning Objectives & Homework Assignments in order to build new skills & gain more confidence.

Once you feel like you've tackled all of the Milestones of your specific Class, you can re-assess & move to the next Class. 

What you get out of the community is ultimately up to you - but the SSU Class structure is our way of providing a Path to Success, helping you navigate the journey a little easier! 

Social Superlatives University is a community for social media service providers to network, get advice from peers, learn from experts & sharpen strategic skills in order to attract dream clients, charge premium prices & become an in-demand industry leader. 

While Steph & Liana will be active within the Community on a regular basis, SSU is not a coaching or mentorship program - therefore being a member does not guarantee you will receive personalized feedback or advice from anyone on our team. 

However, that level of support is absolutely available inside our 12 month long mentorship program, Group Study! 

Group Study provides you with direct access to the SSU team - where you will receive personalized feedback on your business for a full year.  

This is an asynchronous (no live calls) private coaching cohort designed to work with a busy social media manager's schedule.

This also means you can join from anywhere in the world, regardless of time zones!

Members can drop into the group, as needed, to ask questions, get feedback and will be held personally accountable by Steph & Liana to take measurable steps toward reaching their quarterly & yearly goals.

To cancel your subscription, please go to your Product Library & follow these instructions:

• After logging in, click on the Customer Avatar on the top right corner of the page.
• Then, select Settings from the dropdown.
• Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.
• Click Cancel next to Active Subscriptions
• Complete the prompt to confirm the cancellation.
• If you originally set up the subscription with PayPal you will also be prompted to Cancel the PayPal subscription

You will lose access to your Subscription at the end of the current billing cycle. 

You can view canceled subscriptions & access the end-date in your Billing Information. 

If you're looking for feedback & accountability, you're definitely going to want to check out The Lab's Monthly Mastery Challenge, which is posted every month under the Challenges tab. 

You can use The Lab to:

• Help a client reach a goal or solve a problem
• Focus on your own socials (for a change!)

• Practice something you learned to build the skill

How to participate:

Step 2: Share with the Group inside The Lab Monthly Mastery Challenge - you can link to your completed workbook, or drop the details of what you're testing in the Challenge- specific thread

Step 3: Conduct Your Experiment - spend time testing your hypothesis IRL

Step 4: Analyze Your Results - drop your insights & conclusions in The Lab Challenge thread so we can see how it went, provide feedback & discuss next steps

Step 5: Create Case Studies & Social Proof - if applicable, use your results to position yourself as an expert & attract higher caliber clients
